Payment Receipts

This page gives an example 'Payment Receipt' for resellers to use in the Helm control Panel. This is the template we use for our customers at Frankland Hosting, and should serve you well.

To get to the Over Usage Bandwidth Notification form:

Log into the Frankland Hosting control panel (http://cp.franklandhosting.net)
Click the 'Billing' icon
Click on the 'Billing Settings' icon
Click on the 'Payment Receipts' icon
After updating the fields, click the 'Save' button

Example

Subject: Hosting Receipt

Message Body:

[UserFirstName] [UserLastName],

Thank you for being a Frankland Hosting customer and for your payment. Below is your payment receipt.

Account: [UserAccountNumber]
Ammount Paid: [UserAmountPaid]
Balance: [UserAccountBalance]

You may print a copy of this (or previous) invoice from the control panel at: http://cp.franklandhosting.net

   Click the 'Billing' icon
   Click the 'Account Statements' icon
   Click the desired invoice
   Click the 'Print' button
   A new printable window will open
